John Vincent Coulter was born in the year 1961 to Nell Martin, husband of Martin who was the wife of an agent from the F.B.I. They have Irish, German and Scottish family ancestry. Following her graduation from law school, she became a legal clerk at the United States Court of Appeals in Kansas. After a while, she quit her job in government to pursue a different career with the City of New York City. She specialized in corporate law at the new job. In 1998 she made her debut appearance on television. She appeared on television many times, discussing the Bill Clinton scandals and impeachment. Following the scandal, the year 1998 saw her release her first book high crimes and Misdemeanors The Argument for Bill Clinton for which she was accused of plagiarism. She's written over twelve books which are sold in excess of three million copies. Although she has been repeatedly engaged but the writer is not married.
